Terms of service.
LAST UPDATED · May 19, 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you use magig. They’re written in plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email hi@magig.app and we’ll explain. We may update them as the product evolves; we’ll tell you when we do.
01Who we are
magig is operated by Salkantai (“magig,” “we,” “us”). The product lives at magig.app. This site, usemagig.com, is our marketing front door.
02What magig does
magig is an AI marketing service for founders. With your permission, Mag connects to your ad platforms (Meta, Google) and related accounts (e.g. Stripe), drafts creative, proposes audiences, ships campaigns, tunes bids, and sends you a daily dispatch. You stay in control: spend caps, approval thresholds, and the ability to override or pause anything are yours to set.
03Your account
You’re responsible for the actions taken under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One account per founder/team unless we say otherwise.
04Your ad accounts stay yours
Mag operates inside your own ad platform accounts. You remain the account holder, and you can revoke our access at any time from the platform itself or from your magig settings. You’re responsible for complying with each platform’s ad policies and applicable advertising laws (truthful claims, disclosures, restricted categories, etc.).
05What you authorise Mag to do
By connecting an account and confirming a brief, you authorise Mag to take actions inside the limits you set — creating campaigns, shifting budgets, pausing creative, running tests. Mag will ask before any single change above the threshold you pick. You can change those limits, or pause Mag, at any time.
06Pricing and billing
magig is free for early founders. As we grow we’ll charge a flat monthly fee plus a small percentage of ad spend, capped per month — the exact figures are shown before you agree to them. Early founders keep founder pricing for life. You can cancel any time; on cancellation we stop new charges and stop taking actions on your accounts.
Ad spend itself is billed by the ad platforms directly to your accounts — magig never charges you for media spend.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use magig to:
- Run ads that are illegal, deceptive, or violate a platform’s policies.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the service.
- Use the service to spam, harass, or harm anyone.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this — especially anything that puts your ad accounts or our infrastructure at risk.
08Your content and data
Anything you give us — brief, creative assets, customer lists, campaign data — stays yours. You grant magig a limited licence to use it solely to run and improve your own campaigns. We do not train shared models on your data. For full detail on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy page.
09AI output
Mag generates ad copy, images, audience definitions, and recommendations. AI output can be wrong, biased, or non-compliant — Mag flags meaningful changes for your approval, but the final decision (and legal responsibility for what runs) is yours. Treat Mag as an extremely fast junior marketer, not as a regulated professional.
10Service availability
We work hard to keep magig running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Ad platforms can change their APIs, rate-limit us, or break; when they do, Mag will pause affected actions and let you know.
11Disclaimers
magig is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no promise that any campaign will hit a particular ROAS, CAC, or other outcome.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, magig’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if that’s greater). We’re not liable for ad spend that you authorised Mag to make, for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
13Termination
You can cancel any time from your account. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use creates risk for us or other users, or if the law requires it. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it on a regular schedule (see Privacy).
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example to reflect new product capabilities or legal requirements. We’ll post the new version here, update the “last updated” date, and email active users when a change is material. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Salkantai is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
